We practice only the finest packing and shipping methods available so your purchase arrives in the safest and most timely manner possible. We personally deliver our livestock to UPS or USPS to lessen any additional handling.

In the interest of the health of your livestock to reduce shipping stress we ship via UPS Priority Overnight service. Unlike other online vendors that use Standard Overnight service---those extra hours in transit can make the difference between a happy healthy animal and a sick or dead animal.
All corals are triple bagged and placed in a styrofoam box. Heat and ice packs are included if necessary. Both options will come with a live arrival guarantee.
Shipping fees are charged per box, virtually every order can be shipped in one box, in the rare event that more than one box is needed you will be notified prior to shipping.

With UPS, you can have your package held at a local UPS location until you pick it up. This option is actually preferred because the corals will be kept inside, away from any potentially damaging weather conditions. Your coral will still be covered by our live arrival guarantee if you use this option.

Adverse Weather
It is your responsibility to let us know if you are experiencing adverse weather conditions that may delay or prevent shipping. UPS and I will not be held accountable if bad weather affects the anticipated delivery date. Please schedule your purchases accordingly to avoid any potential weather delays.
We can not control the shipping company's. We offer a live arrival guarantee on all packages that arrive on time. If a package is lost or arrives late we will try to work something out with you.
